Surrounded by mountains with rolling peaks, theterraced felds follow the mountain contours all theway to the sky. The Baishui River flows throughthe village, dividing Xijiang Miao Village into twoparts. Inside the village, stilt houses rise tier upontier along the mountainside, stretching into acontinuous and magnificent expanse.
