The leader will explain the highlights of the itinerary and cave exploration safety precautions during the journeybe picked up at Bank South Street (head office of Bank of Guizhou), and all participants will board the vehicle after arriving together to officially set off.


Upon reaching the destination, pack up the equipment, do some stretching and warming-up exercises, and then proceed along the river path, immersing oneself in the fresh air of the canyon.
Find an open area in the forest and share the picnic food you brought with your companions. This not only replenishes your energy but also allows you to chat about the joys of outdoor activities.

Arrive at "The World's Largest Cave" - Yanzhai Cave. Put on the public helmet and enter the cave to reach the core chamber, where you can marvel at the stalactite wonders.
In the magical and illuminated cave, explore creative poses and the photography leader records the unique exploration moments along the way.
After completing the exploration of the cave, return to the starting point of the hike along the original route, relishing the wild charm and surprises along the way.

Arrived at the assembly point in Guiyang, disbanded and returned, ending a fulfilling one-day adventure in the mountains.

(1) Fees Included:
1. Service: Cost for event organization and planning;
2. Transportation: Round-trip travel bus (including toll fees, fuel costs, and driver's meal expenses);

(2) Excluded from the cost are:
1.Personal expenses during the trip (such as snacks, water supplies, etc.);

4. All expenses incurred due to personal exhaustion, illness or injury during the process of withdrawal.
(3) Cancellation and Modification Policy
1.If the activity is cancelled before 10 a.m. the day before: Full refund will be given.
2. The event will be cancelled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. the day before the event: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
3. If the activity is cancelled after 6 p.m. on the day before the event: No refund will be given.

Group Formation Explanation:

3. Long trips lasting more than 4 days: The group formation result will be announced 7 days in advance.

Equipment Recommendations
1.Backpack: A 20-30 liter backpack with dual straps, suitable for carrying meals on the road, drinking water, and personal belongings.
2.Clothing: Sports/quick-drying clothes and pants. It's advisable to bring an extra set of changeable clothes (in case your clothes get dirty in the cave). Do not wear shoes without protection, shorts, skirts, sandals, or slippers.
3.Shoes: Anti-slip and durable sports/travel shoes + quick-drying socks, ensuring safe walking.
4.Supplies: At least 1 liter of drinking water, high-calorie foods (such as chocolate, nuts) and snacks, bring your own lunch for the journey.
5.Auxiliary equipment: hiking poles, knee pads, hat, gloves, sunglasses, headscarf, headlamp (the lighting inside the cave is rather dim);
6.Others: Portable charger, sunscreen products, garbage bags (in line with the concept of leaving no trace in nature);
7.Prohibition: Do not bring foods that generate a large amount of waste, such as self-heating rice.
Health and Safety Requirements
1.Participants must be in good health and free from diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and asthma that are not suitable for outdoor hiking. Their physical condition should be suitable for the intensity of this activity.
2.Concealing one's health condition, failing to disclose past medical history or failing to meet physical requirements resulting in physical injuries will be the sole responsibility of the participants.
3.Strictly follow the leader's instructions and safety regulations. Throughout the entire journey, remain with the team and must not leave the group, explore caves alone, or climb dangerous areas.
4.The terrain inside the cave is very complex. Please follow the leader's instructions and wear the public helmets properly to avoid getting injured from bumps.

1.This event involves complex terrains such as mountains, caves, and streams, and there are potential risks such as traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions, and harm from animals and plants. Participants voluntarily sign up and independently bear the associated risks.
2.Please take good care of your personal belongings such as mobile phones, cameras and identification documents by yourself. Any loss or damage will e your own responsibility.
3.In case of losses caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, floods), unexpected events (such as road disruptions), or infringement by a third party, and if the organizing party has fulfilled its reasonable rescue obligations, it shall not be liable for compensation.
4.Any disputes related to the event shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, one can file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the location where the event is held.
