6 Days 5 Nights丨Premium Travel丨Exclusive Hotels丨Immersive Experiences
Meet at the designated time in Hong Kong or Macau and board the high-speed rail or flight to Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province. A professional Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking guide will meet you at Guiyang Airport or high-speed rail station, then transfer you by coach to Libo County, hailed as the “Emerald of the Earth.”
Upon arrival, begin with a stroll through Libo Ancient Town. Rebuilt on the site of the ancient Libo Stone City, this town blends the cultural elements of Libo's four major ethnic minorities—the Buyi, Shui, Miao, and Yao—with Ming and Qing dynasty Huizhou-style architecture, Jiangnan-style waterways featuring small bridges and flowing streams, and garden artistry. The town exudes a rich artistic atmosphere, featuring various cultural performances and art exhibitions for visitors to enjoy. Lipu Ancient Town also offers a diverse culinary scene, showcasing the cuisines of the Buyi, Shui, Miao, and Yao ethnic groups. Here, you can indulge in unique Guizhou specialties.
In the evening, settle into the high-quality Liping Guizhou Hotel · Zhenxuan, where you can unwind in comfort after your journey. For dinner, a special welcome feast featuring authentic stone pot fish awaits. Prepared with locally sourced river fish cooked in a heated natural stone pot, the tender fish and milky broth are served with Qiannan-style dipping sauce, unveiling the first chapter of Guizhou's rustic mountain flavors.

After breakfast, we boarded the bus bound for Xiaoqikong, hailed as the “Emerald of the Earth” and a “Karst Wonderland.” Renowned for its exquisite beauty, rustic charm, and serene tranquility, the scenic area offers ever-changing vistas with its compact layout.
Upon entering Xiaoqikong, visitors first arrive at Wolongtan. The underground river surges from the cliff base, invisible on the surface. Only the cascading waterfall above the dam, resembling an avalanche, hints at the dragon coiled beneath the pool. The shimmering lake surface alternates between sapphire-blue clarity and the alluring, flowing gaze of a lover, utterly captivating.
Moving further on, the dense peaks of Cui Valley Waterfall soar into the clouds. From afar, they resemble white silk ribbons draped across the mountain slopes. Water cascades down in a fan-shaped pattern, with multiple streams crisscrossing and splashing, creating a misty haze. Nature's wondrous power has crafted this enchanting karst landscape, drawing visitors into its allure.
Further ahead lies Laya Waterfall. Its cascades surge skyward before plunging sideways, forming a breathtaking three-dimensional waterfall ensemble with the 68-tiered cascades of the Xiangshui River. Standing beside the road beneath the falls, one feels utterly refreshed and invigorated. The mist from Xiaoguihole's Laya Waterfall drifts and swirls, carrying a refreshing coolness that washes over visitors, instantly washing away summer heat and fatigue, leaving one feeling light and invigorated.
Finally, we arrive at the quintessential Xiaoqikong Ancient Bridge. Constructed from granite slabs, the bridge is overgrown with vines and ferns, accentuating its rustic and ancient charm. Beneath it, emerald-green pools flow quietly, their water as deep as jade, blending seamlessly with the sky and surrounding landscape.
Next, we head to the Big Seven-Hole Scenic Area, a landscape dominated by primeval forests, canyons, subterranean streams, and underground lakes. Its scenery is rugged, mysterious, and majestic, particularly at attractions like the Wind God Cave, Terrifying Gorge, and Earth Palace. Within the caves, waterfalls cascade into lakes, while skylights above the lakes allow sunlight to filter through, creating patterns resembling the sun, moon, and stars. The area is rich in adventure, mystery, and wonder.

After breakfast, board the coach for the Huangguoshu Scenic Area. Centered around the Huangguoshu Waterfall—standing 77.8 meters tall and 101 meters wide—this site boasts China's and Asia's most renowned cascade. The river plunges from the cliff's edge, creating a majestic, thunderous curtain of water. You'll follow winding paths to admire its majesty from multiple angles and experience the natural wonder of Water Curtain Cave—walking behind the falls, where the curtain of water resembles a veil and the thunderous roar echoes in your ears, offering the exhilarating sensation of getting thoroughly drenched. Ancient trees tower overhead and agile monkeys dart through the landscape, composing a vibrant three-dimensional karst landscape painting.
After the experience, transfer by coach to Anshun Ancient City. Following dinner, check into your hotel for the night.
After breakfast, board the coach for Longgong Scenic Area. Located in Anshun City, this destination offers boat tours through underground limestone caves boasting the longest subterranean river, the largest cave waterfall, and the lowest natural radiation levels—known as the “Three Supremes” of Longgong. Visitors can also experience the giant “dragon” character formed by rapeseed flowers, welcoming good fortune and blessings.
In the afternoon, embark on a journey through six centuries of history to Yunfeng Tunpu, hailed as a “living fossil of Ming Dynasty history.” This cultural heritage site traces back to the “Relocate North, Conquer South” military campaign during the Hongwu era of the Ming Dynasty, with most residents being descendants of soldiers who once guarded the southern borders. The Tunchang architecture is entirely constructed of stone—stone walls, stone tiles, stone alleys, and stone watchtowers—forming a complete military defense system, resembling stone castles from the age of cold weapons. Stroll through ancient lanes, observe Tunpu women in traditional Fengyang Han attire, and if fortunate, witness performances of the “living fossil of Chinese theater”—the earth opera. Its rugged style carries echoes of ancient warfare. For dinner, savor the authentic Jun Tun Banquet, where rustic, hearty dishes offer the most direct taste interpretation of that era of swords and horses.

After breakfast at the hotel, board the coach for the “world's largest natural garden”—the 5A-rated scenic area Bailidu Juan National Park. Hailed as “Earth's ribbon of color, the azalea kingdom, a haven for wellness, and a world of coolness.” During the blooming season, the rolling hills burst with vibrant rhododendrons. Various species bloom in succession, blanketing the mountainsides in a kaleidoscope of colors and forms, creating a stunning, multicolored landscape. The most remarkable feature is the “one-tree-many-flowers” phenomenon, where a single rhododendron tree can produce up to seven different flower colors. The thousand-year-old “King of Azaleas” blooms with tens of thousands of flowers during its season, creating a spring-like spectacle all by itself. It stands as the largest azalea tree discovered on Earth to date. The variety of azaleas is exceptionally rich, including: - Horse-tail azalea - Dewdrop azalea - Rust-leaf azalea - Water-red azalea - Profusely-flowering azalea - Beautiful azalea - Purple-flowered azalea ..A riot of vibrant hues and fragrances, the mountainsides are blanketed in blossoms like snowballs. Colors range from vivid reds, pale pinks, peach tones, deep purples, soft lavenders, golden yellows, pale yellows, snowy whites, and creamy whites—a dazzling, fiery display of passion.
This 250-square-kilometer expanse resembles a divine, nature-crafted flowerpot, adorning the undulating mountains of the Guizhou Plateau while nurturing the region's pure folk customs and traditions. Entering this floral realm, you step into nature's dream. The Hundred-Mile Rhododendron Forest returns to you a tender spring dream.
After the tour, transfer by coach to Guiyang. Following dinner, check into the hotel for rest.

After breakfast, head to Colorful Guizhou City. Hailed as the “cultural living room of Guizhou,” Before departure, indulge in a panoramic recap: through curated exhibitions, abundant intangible cultural heritage crafts, and specialty goods, quickly revisit the ethnic arts you've experienced—Miao embroidery, silverware, batik—and complete your Guizhou impressions. Select a exquisite souvenir to tangibly bring home these colorful memories.
Next, immerse yourself in the Colorful Flight experience, embracing the boundless allure of Guizhou's landscapes.
For the final lunch of the itinerary, we've specially arranged the A Thousand Mountains, A Hundred Flavors snack banquet. This is more than a meal—it's a culmination of flavors. The banquet blends the quintessential “sour, spicy, fragrant, and mellow” essence of Guizhou cuisine, potentially featuring regional specialties from Southeast, South, and West Guizhou. Before departure, let your palate take one final tour through Guizhou's mountains and rivers, leaving behind the most profound taste memories.
After lunch, you'll be escorted to the station according to your high-speed rail departure time. As you embark on your journey home, you'll carry not only luggage and photographs, but also a vivid, multi-dimensional memory of karst landscapes, millennia-old Miao and Dong cultures, and authentic local traditions.

Guizhou Travel Tips
1. Guizhou is located on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an average altitude of around 1,000 meters. It is widely known that "it never clears up for three straight days" in Guizhou, as rainy and overcast weather is common, so remember to bring umbrellas or rain gear. Also bring appropriate seasonal clothing to stay warm.
2. Roads in scenic areas may be slippery during the trip; it is recommended to wear non-slip, comfortable shoes.
3. Huangguoshu Scenic Area has steep slopes; elderly visitors are advised to hold the handrails and take extra care for their safety.
4. When hiking or sightseeing in mountainous areas, stay close to the protective railings on narrow paths. Do not enter dangerous spots to take photos. Be cautious of crowds and collisions.
5. Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province where the local cuisine is mostly sour and spicy with strong flavors. The dietary habits differ significantly from those in Guangdong, so please be prepared for this difference.
6. In scenic areas requiring transfer to electric sightseeing vehicles or cruise boats, especially during busy periods, please follow the instructions of scenic area staff and your tour guide.
7. Due to relatively backward economic development in Guizhou, hotels of the same star rating may have fewer facilities and simpler conditions compared to those in Guangdong.
